Combinaciones Mexicano

Mix and Match One, Two or Three of the following items: Enchilada, Relleno, Soft or Crispy Taco, Tostada, Tamale. Served with beans and Spanish rice. Add $1.00 each for beef or chicken in an enchilada or tostada.

It's your choice! Jose's has three homemade salsas made from our Mom's recipes made fresh daily. Choose from red salsa, red with cilantro salsa or green chile salsa.

Jose's Homemade Sauces

Choose from ranchera Sauce-a light sauce with strips of bell pepper, onions, crushed tomatoes and celery, or Red Chile Sauce-a mild sauce made from red chile peppers.

• Cheese Quesadilla
  Two flour tortillas filled with cheese and grilled to a golden brown. EXTRA Toppings: Add green chile peppers, onions, taco beef, chicken, guacamole, or sour cream.
